Our sessions are interactive and require your participation. Our ultimate goal is to align you with purpose and the awareness you need to skillfully navigate your life with intention and equanimity. **I afford my clientele the Highest level of discretion for all services.**
Booking Policy
Please cancel appointments at least 1 hour before the scheduled time. By booking this appointment, you agree to a 50% late cancellation fee if you cancel within 1 hour of your appointment. The fee will be deducted from your refund. You may reschedule your appointment any time before the start time at no cost. LATE SHOWS: It happens. We will work with the time remaining in your appointment slot. If you show up to your appointment so late that there is no reasonable time to offer you quality service, by booking this appointment you agree that you will not receive a refund. NO SHOWS: By booking this appointment, you agree that you will not receive a refund from SOUL'S KEYS, LLC dba The Keys of Tutu if you fail to cancel, reschedule, or attend your scheduled service. It is best to contact me or reschedule if you suspect that you will have a problem attending your appointment. (919) 391-8099 SOUL SESSION PACKAGE POLICY: All Session Packages are nonrefundable after purchase. No refunds will be granted for package cancellations. No show and late cancellation appointments are forfeited and deducted from your plan's session balance.
